Policies, Terms and Conditions:
You may return new, unopened items from orders sold and fulfilled by Monks’ Market.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY Our standard policy is to accept most returns up to thirty days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, so we have extended our returns period for the holidays. Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.
TO RETURN NEW AND UNOPENED PRODUCTS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS To return new, unopened items from orders sold and fulfilled by Monks’ Market.com, download and print a Return Authorization Form (RAF). Items that are returned without an RAF will not receive a refund. Return your product to the following address:

EXCLUSIONS The following items are not returnable: • Any items that were delivered more than thirty days ago. • Gift certificates. • Gift baskets. • Any items purchased from sellers other than Monks’ Market.com.
EXCHANGES If you received a defective product and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our returns center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us three to five business days to process returns once they arrive at our returns center. All inquiries about returns should be directed to our returns center at (815) 223-3140, extension 237.
ITEMS PURCHASED FROM OTHER SELLERS As the Monks’ Market.com web site offers items for sale both by Monks’ Market.com and by registered third-party sellers, it is important for the returns process for the customer to know from whom the item was purchased. • Visit your account at Monks’ Market and view the order. Click on the order number and find the seller listed at the top of your order information. If the item to be returned was not sold by Monks’ Market.com, you will need to contact the seller.
USING OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (RAF) All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form (RAF). The RAFs obtained from our returns center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S. Each RAF is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate RAF. If you use the RAF, and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. If you use the RAF and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.
